It's raining, it's pouring - and Fido definitely isn't snoring. Preschool teachers and pet owners absolutely dread rainy days (and that i speak from experience on counts). I did previously teach preschool in Massachusetts and on the days my class couldn't head outdoors, the children would quite literally attempt to the climb the walls.
As your dog owner, my experience continues to be that boredom and pent-up energy causes dogs to consume the walls rather than climbing them (and that i mean this literally - my parents were built with a Hungarian Sheepdog who literally chewed a large chunk from their wall eventually when he would be a puppy and bored).
